As the son's of a hard working single mother, my brother and I were taught early on that we were capable of doing great things in life as long as we stayed committed and focused. With a strong sence of pride in ones self, high standards and morals, we learned these meaningful qualities would guide and motivate us towards our passions in life. So as young kids we became big fans of the TV show Shark Tank and how anyone could have an opportunity to pitch an idea for a product, and so we became obsessed with wanting to create a product to get on Shark Tank. We also knew we wanted to create a product that would have an impact on the world and bring disruption to the way things are normally done. So after walking through the living room one morning watching my mom watch the news report on a mother who's child had been abducted, this became our inspiration for creating a child device that i could help prevent against child abduction, or having the child being taken to a second location. We needed it to be disguised as a child's wearable accessory with most of the components close to or as small as a thumb nail. We started out with CADDX FPV, DVR and a rather large GPS board, and soon realized these components would be problematic as to size and weight that had to be taken into consideration when it comes to a child. We went from thinking WiFi would be best for what we were trying to achieve, and came to understand Modem to LTE and 5G was best. Through this process we have and continue to learn so much, it can be overwhelming yet very rewarding. This journey has prompted me to add a Marketing and Economics class to my school semester this year, in an effort to help me understand why these things play such an important role in having a successful product. Later on in the process we decided we had to add a one way audio, to be able to listen and pick up on information which could be used in our favor to use against the predator in trying to retrieve the missing child. As of now, with the help of an incredible team we've been

working with, we have moved to embedded cameras on our product. While we continue to work to improve our POC, we are also working on our website, raising money for further research and development, Patent protection and spreading the word through social media platforms, Moving forward on our path to an effective and quality product, we will be working with flexible PCB, App development, radiation proofing among other things. These very important steps are also very costly, and a hardship on a single mom of two. Although I (Jordan) have picked up a part time job along with being a full time student to help with some expenses, the bulk still falls on my mom, which is why funding will be so important in this next phase of development. It is our passion to keep children safe and give parents peace of mind, which is why a percentage of N-Disguise sales will be donated to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. We also plan on designing adult wearable N Disguise products for elder people with Dementia, Alzheimers as well as for older kids who may be free range kids, latch key kids, special needs kids etc. We intend to disrupt the way predators see childrens vulnerability.
